You will work with the buying team to plan displays, monitor inventory, and collaborate with suppliers on pricing and delivery. This full-time role requires strong English communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically fit to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
• Indian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the buying team to understand product requirements and develop effective merchandising strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current trends and customer preferences.
• Plan and execute product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to increase sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
• Train new staff members on merchandising techniques and product knowledge.
