Job summary

Flyper is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser for our retail store in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role involves creating visually appealing displays, ensuring proper stocking, and analyzing sales data to optimize product placement and inventory levels.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Accommodation provided. Visa is required or applicants must be willing to obtain one. No English language skills required; all candidates who meet the requirements are welcome.

Qualifications

• Pakistani nationality preferred.
• Prior experience in merchandising or retail preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one.
• Accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive displays that showcase our products and attract customers.
• Ensure that products are stocked and replenished according to store standards.
• Work closely with the buying team to coordinate promotions and special offers.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate any discrepancies to management.
• Monitor competitor activity in the market and make adjustments as needed to stay competitive.
