The candidate will drive workshops, BRDs and user stories, collaborate with multiple teams, vendors and delivery partners, and continuously identify automation opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 4 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfilment or Retail Operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end retail fulfilment lifecycle.
• Implementation and deployment of OMS and WMS is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of retail business drivers, related process, and technology trends.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and resolve problems.
• Experience on agile projects and traditional waterfall projects.
• Experience capturing and documenting business requirements.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead projects and business process improvement initiatives across Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfilment, Last Mile Delivery, Home Delivery, Installation Services, Returns, and Marketplace operations. The role will serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, driving requirement definition, process optimization, solution design, and successful delivery of strategic supply chain initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across Supply Chain and Logistics functions.
• Drive requirements and process improvements for delivery scheduling, dispatch, home delivery, installation services, reverse logistics, returns and marketplace fulfilment.
• Facilitate workshops and develop BRDs, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, Architecture, QA and external vendors.
• Analyze operational KPIs and recommend automation and optimization opportunities.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Assess potential technology solutions & vendors, developing scorecards and recommendations to business & IT teams.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  Support with sprint planning to deliver approved backlog of change.
• Engage with other Business Analyst and developers across other functional domains (e.g., Customer, Store, ERP...etc.) to ensure knowledge sharing. Where applicable, recommend solutions that could benefit other business areas, and vice-versa.

Candidate Requirements

• University degree, ideally from a business or technology discipline
• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 4 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Fulfilment or Retail Operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end retail fulfilment lifecycle.
• Implementation and deployment of OMS and WMS is added advantage
• Knowledge of retail business drivers, related process, and technology trends
• Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts and resolve complex problems.
• Ability to effectively execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working on agile projects (end-to-end) and traditional waterfall projects.
• Experience of capturing and documenting business requirements.
