Job summary

HAMADAH ARCHITECTURE is seeking a Community Engineer for Kuwait City. The role involves monitoring interior finishing works, visiting sites regularly to ensure alignment with project rules, and coordinating with owners for approvals.

Responsibilities include preparing schedules, coordinating drawings (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), resolving on-site issues, reviewing contractor agreements, and producing daily/weekly reports.

• Regular visits to the project site to monitor progress and ensure execution follows the rules.
• Prepare and follow project schedules.
• Coordinate project drawings and ensure integrity and approval by the project owner.
• Review and coordinate all drawings (electric, plumbing, HVAC) and amend to match the site.
• Resolve issues arising during project implementation.
• Review contractors' agreements for the project.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Regular visits to the project site to follow up on the progress and to ensure that the execution is in accordance with the rules.
• Preparing and following the project schedules
• Project drawings coordination and match them, and ensure their integrity and approval by the project owner
• Reviewing and coordinating all drawings (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and coordinating to make the necessary amendments to match the site.
• Solve problems that arise during project implementation.
• Reviewing project contractors’ agreements
• Preparing the daily and weekly reports
