In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced network security and cybersecurity solutions across diverse client environments and ensure SLA compliance through preventive maintenance, proactive monitoring, and L3 troubleshooting to resolve complex issues and safeguard mission critical systems by collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross functional teams, they integrate security seamlessly into broader architectures and projects. The role drives innovation by adopting new technologies, anticipating emerging threats, and shaping future ready security strategies through technical expertise and trusted client engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Design, deploy, and maintain advanced network security and cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
• Ensure SLA compliance through proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, L3 troubleshooting, and timely ticket resolution.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, risk analysis, and incident response to identify and mitigate security threats.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Develop security policies and compliance frameworks while providing expert guidance, maintaining documentation, and staying updated on emerging cybersecurity technologies.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
