Job summary

SLB in Kuwait is seeking a Senior Completion & Well Intervention Engineer to lead completions and workover activities. You will supervise field teams, review designs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance during operations at the wellsite.

Responsibilities include planning, risk assessment, mentoring junior engineers, coordinating with subsurface and production, and delivering reliable well interventions that meet project objectives and cost targets in a challenging offshore/onshore

Qualifications

• Experience in completions and/or workovers.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Review Completion Basis of Design and perform design checks.
• Prepare Completion/Workover programs and AFE's.
• Coordinate with drilling, surface, and service companies.
• Monitor progress and costs vs AFE.
• Ensure IPM standards and barriers compliance.
