Job summary

Debenhams, part of the M.H. Alshaya group, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead store presentation and window displays in Kuwait. You will work with store teams to deliver compelling visual standards that drive brand sales and customer experience.

You will train, coach and develop visual and store staff on the brand's standards, ensuring consistent execution across all departments. Creative, energetic leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous fashion retail VM experience and a strong understanding of VM guideline implementation.
• Creative individual with good interpersonal and networking skills.
• Energy and enthusiasm and the ability to develop and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• You will work with and through the store teams to deliver effective and commercial visual standards, including store layouts and window displays.
• Deliver brand visuals and contribute to achievement of brand sales targets.
• Train, coach and develop visual and store staff on the brand's visual standards and delivery.
