Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technician in commercial kitchen equipment or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers and ventilation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving with methodical diagnostics and repair.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Willingness to handle emergency call-outs and extended hours.
• Arabic knowledge is a plus but fluency in English is required.

• Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance team skills and performance.
• Collaborate with customers to understand equipment issues and provide professional service and advice.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on work completed and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service activities.

• Proven experience as a technician in the commercial kitchen equipment industry or equivalent technical field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen appliances including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach to diagnostics and repair.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally.
• Flexibility to handle emergency call-outs and work extended hours when needed.
• Relevant technical certifications or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
