Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Kuwait is seeking an experienced software developer to research, design, test, implement and maintain software programs, including web applications, APIs and automation services to support business operations.

The role requires a solid SDLC understanding, Microsoft stack skills (C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework), SQL, HTML/XML/JSON, and experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency while maintaining security and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or Computer Science; Microsoft development certifications preferred.
• Minimum four years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, web development, source control, release management, debugging, and 3-tier architecture.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into functional software solutions for business and clients.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications, APIs, background services, scheduled tasks, and automation solutions.
• Develop and manage scheduled jobs, Windows Services, Azure WebJobs, Azure Functions, and background processing services.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations with internal, external, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, message queues, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance software design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews while ensuring security and compliance.
