Job summary

Qualifications

• ILR level 3/3 or higher; native proficiency preferred.
• Fluent in Russian and English speaking and writing.
• Experience interpreting and translating in high‑stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate translation, transcription, and interpretation from Russian into English.
• Translate syntax and expressions, including slang, across languages.
• Work and travel in austere environments.
• Provide cultural context for statements, conversations, and documents.
• Scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
