Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Rig Superintendent in oil and gas.

• Managed more than two rigs simultaneously.
• Familiar with Kuwait drilling regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold valid regulatory certifications and licenses.
