Siraty in Kuwait is seeking a Rig Superintendent to lead the Operations team, oversee health, safety and environment, maintenance, and asset management across assigned rigs, while driving cost efficiency and client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership of drilling crews and subcontractors, strong HSE compliance, and proven ability to optimize performance, reduce costs, and deliver projects on schedule in a demanding oil-field environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in oil field operations and drilling.
• Proven ability to lead multiple drilling crews.
• Hands-on wellbore operations experience.
• Strong HSE knowledge and safety leadership.
• Ability to build client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day drilling operations and optimize efficiency.
• Manage overall performance, profitability, and integrity of rigs.
• Uphold quality assurance standards and lead HSE initiatives.
• Lead, motivate and manage drilling crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate rig logistics, supply chains and support services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for on-site clients and stakeholders.
