Job summary

CRACKWITS in Kuwait is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead branding and advertising projects for global clients. You will plan, execute and oversee milestones from briefs to delivery, coordinating with directors, talents and third parties to ensure on-time results.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency (Arabic a plus) and a creative, digital mindset. You will manage multiple campaigns across digital, social media, campaigns, websites and platforms, guiding teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, project management, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
• Creative, multimedia and digital background; proactive and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Managing Director on overarching deliverables.
• Scope projects with clients (mainly digital).
• Brief stakeholders and coordinate with directors, talents and third parties.
• Direct and supervise Account Executives, delegate tasks and provide inputs.
• Plan project milestones and ensure timely responses to requirements.
• Monitor progress and flag setbacks clearly and proactively.
• Deliver qualitative and impressive projects on brief, time and budget.
• Provide end-to-end hands-on project management for varied project sizes.
• Manage TTL campaigns from digital to social media and PR in alignment with agencies.
