Job summary

HRInvest is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a Kuwait-based FMCG client. You will support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, product launches, and external communications, coordinating content with creative teams and influencers.

You will conduct market research, track performance with KPIs, prepare reports, and collaborate with media agencies and the Sales Team on new product launches. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in marketing, communications, business admin or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong copywriting and content development in Arabic and English.
• Experience with media agencies and influencers in Kuwait.
• Understanding of campaign planning, market research and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and marketing tools.
• Creative, organized, proactive, able to manage multiple campaigns.
• Marketing certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of annual marketing plans and campaigns.
• Develop written content for campaigns, ads, announcements and press releases.
• Coordinate with creative teams to align written and visual content.
• Assist with content calendars, budgets and business presentations.
• Coordinate with media agencies and influencers in Kuwait.
• Support new product launches with Sales Team.
• Conduct market research and monitor trends.
• Track campaign and product performance using KPIs and sales data.
• Prepare performance reports with recommendations.
