Avanta Works in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. The role focuses on traditional Middle Eastern cuisine, high presentation standards, and delivering meals that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Chef in fine dining or hotels.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Strong leadership to manage kitchen staff.
• Proven track record of creating delicious dishes with high presentation standards.
• Fluency in English (verbal/written) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality traditional Middle Eastern dishes according to customer requirements.
• Ensure all cooking processes are efficient while meeting high taste and presentation standards.
• Manage kitchen staff: delegate tasks, train staff, monitor performance, resolve issues.
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor food stock levels to ensure availability for service.
