The role requires extensive experience in industrial instrumentation and control maintenance within oil & gas or related sectors. Key duties include calibration, preventive maintenance, safety/compliance, and coordination with engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial instrumentation and control maintenance.
- Experience in oil & gas, power, petrochemical, or process industries preferred.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related field; additional certifications desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and calibration of field instruments.
- Troubleshoot PLC and DCS control systems.
- Inspect, test, and repair instrumentation equipment.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams.
- Support plant shutdown and commissioning activities.
