Job summary

Sri Sai Refrigeration in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineering Manager to lead and oversee HVAC and refrigeration engineering activities from design through handover. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years HVAC engineering with project execution and management.
• 3–5 years in a senior engineering/engineering management role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit MEP knowledge is advantageous.
• Kuwait/GCC experience preferred; Kuwait Society of Engineers membership preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC engineering and project activities from planning through completion.
• Review designs, drawings, calculations, specifications, and submittals.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover.
• Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, civil, architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
• Monitor schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, and progress.
• Review quantities, quotations, and technical proposals.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Support tendering, estimation, costing, and technical evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait regulations and HVAC standards.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and technical staff.
