Job summary

Tanqeeb in Kuwait City seeks a GIS Specialist to apply modern GIS methodologies, including indoor 3D modelling, real‑time data analysis, and advanced data collection. You will design, implement, and certify GIS data workflows for the ArcGIS platform.

You will compile geographic data from field observations, satellite imagery, aerial photography and existing maps; manage GIS databases (RDBMS/SQL); create geoprocessing scenarios with ArcGIS extensions; and produce maps, drawings, reports, and

Qualifications

Eight years of experience with ESRI GIS software packages.
Knowledge of surveying, GPS, aerial photography and satellite imaging.
Experience creating accurate databases and well-designed maps.
Familiarity with ESRI GIS suite and spatial analysis workflows.
ESRI Certification in Desktop Domain is preferred.

Responsibilities

Apply modern GIS methodologies including indoor 3D modelling and real-time phenomena.
Design and certify key GIS data workflows for the ArcGIS platform.
Compile geographic data from field observations, satellite imagery, and maps.
Knowledge of GIS database administration (RDBMS, SQL).
Create geoprocessing scenarios using ArcGIS extensions and produce maps and reports.
