Job summary

GISCON in Kuwait City is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for government digital transformation efforts. • Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, React and Node.js.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases and Git.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing and debugging.
• Experience with government, enterprise, GIS, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
