Job summary

Anton is seeking a Senior Consultant Geophysicist-Seismic Data Processing to lead advanced seismic workflows and data interpretation. You will define processing pipelines for 2D/3D land and marine datasets, ensure QC across all stages, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across global projects.

The role emphasizes PSDM, RTM, FWI, and AI/ML-enabled seismic processing, with a focus on integration of legacy data and cutting-edge techniques for high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• PhD in Geophysics, Geoscience, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• 20+ years of Upstream Oil & Gas experience with seismic data processing.
• International experience with major E&P companies and/or research institutions is preferred.
• Experience with PSDM, RTM, FWI, and advanced imaging techniques.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage seismic data processing workflows for 2D/3D land, marine, and transitions.
• Quality-control processing steps including geometry QC, noise attenuation, and migrations.
• Lead PSDM, RTM, and FWI workflows and evaluate contractor work.
• Lead reprocessing projects and integrate legacy datasets with modern workflows.
• Coordinate technical teams and provide guidance on complex seismic processing challenges.
