Seazen Group in Kuwait seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage daily transactions and adapt to a fast-paced environment. You will maintain the general ledger, handle payables/receivables, and ensure timely reconciliations and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with Excel and ERP systems, with collaboration across departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and intercompany balances.
• Reconcile daily sales, cash deposits, and card settlements.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and prepare financial reports.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
