Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
8–10 years in property/facility management across multiple asset classes.
Experience managing budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance (MEP, security, cleaning, landscaping).
Familiarity with Kuwait municipal regulations, tenancy law, and fire/safety compliance standards.

About The Role

This position will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diversified property portfolio spanning Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Private assets. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, compliant with statutory regulations, and operationally efficient, while managing budgets, vendor contracts, and tenant/owner relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a versatile, multi-sector approach to property management, ensuring consistent service quality and value across all asset types under their management and care.

About You

The ideal candidate would have the following:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years in property/facility management, with demonstrated exposure across multiple asset classes.
Proven experience managing a mix of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, and/or Private properties — not limited to a single sector
Strong background in negotiating, managing, and monitoring service contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance (MEP, security, cleaning, landscaping, etc.)
Experience preparing and managing operating budgets, service charges, and expenditure tracking
Familiarity with Kuwait municipal regulations, tenancy law, and fire/safety compliance standards
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently across a diverse portfolio
Must have a Kuwait valid driving license
