Archirodon Group N.V. in Kuwait is seeking a seasoned Planner to support EPC projects. The role involves preparing baseline and revised schedules, updating progress, and tracking KPIs with the Sr. Planner to monitor performance.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and 5 years in Oil & Gas EPC environments, with strong organizational and analytical skills to manage complex schedules under pressure.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering.
• 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience in EPC Projects is highly preferable. Involvement in Engineering & Procurement is essential.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
• Capability to perform under stressful situations.
• Engineering, Procurement experience & Strong experience in Construction Phase.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in preparation of Contract Baseline Schedule and Revised Schedules with Sr. Planner.
• Prepare regular schedule updates and progress update monitoring sheets for project phases.
• Create Progress Performance Curves and KPI reports in coordination with the Sr. Planner.
• Highlight deviations in plan and support corrective actions.
• Liaise and assist Sr. Planner in weekly and monthly reports, budget preparation, and maintain planning records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
