Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. in Kuwait seeks a skilled Planner to join its international EPC team on a major oil & gas project. You will assist in baseline and revised schedules, monitor progress, and support reporting with the Sr. Planner.

The ideal candidate holds a University degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of Oil & Gas EPC project experience, strong organization, and proven ability to work under pressure within a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience in EPC Projects is highly preferable. Involvement in Engineering & Procurement is essential.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
• Capability to perform under stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and revised schedules with Sr. Planner.
• Prepare regular schedule updates and progress monitoring sheets for various project phases and disciplines.
• Prepare and update periodically the Progress Performance Curves and Key Performance Indicators in coordination with the Sr. Planner.
• Highlight deviations in the plan and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise and assist the Sr. Planner in weekly, monthly reports, budget preparation, and records maintenance.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
