Job summary

Pace, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, seeks an ELV Engineer to design and manage ELV systems across projects from inception to closure. You will ensure compliance with authorities' requirements and contractual obligations while coordinating with architects, modelers, and site teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ELV design, strong AutoCAD/Revit skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience designing ELV systems.
• Knowledge of local and international ELV codes (KSE, GCC, NFPA).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for detailed designs.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements, scope, and delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with Lead ELV Engineer for clarifications on design requirements.
• Prepare ELV design schemes in line with authorities and contract obligations.
• Review client drawings and ensure compliance with standards and specs.
• Maintain quality control on all drawings per Pace CAD standards.
• Share ELV model updates weekly with project team.
• Assist on-site ELV engineers by addressing technical queries.
• Coordinate with Architects on ELV space requirements.
