Job summary

Ades Holding is seeking a Senior Mechanical Supervisor to lead the maintenance and repair of rig mechanical systems. You will supervise a mechanical crew, coordinate PM/CM tasks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the site.

The role requires extensive drilling equipment knowledge, strong leadership, and ability to manage equipment maintenance and spare parts inventory. On-site responsibilities include rig moves, inspections, and collaboration with support teams.

Qualifications

• Formal training as a mechanic with apprenticeship or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of mechanical experience in drilling or workover operations.
• Fluency in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise planned preventive maintenance for drilling rigs and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose faults and supervise repairs to minimize downtime and maximize availability.
• Coordinate with Senior Tool Pusher and maintenance teams to ensure compliance and safety.
