Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Construction Manager in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and equipment.
• Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for multiple teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to execute plans.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
