Job summary

Jobtailor in Kuwait is seeking a professional to lead community planning initiatives and manage activities spanning human and physical aspects of regional, urban, and land use plans. You will develop and maintain the Installation Development Plan (IDP), ensure compliant land use between facilities, oversee budgeting and cost estimation, collaborate with a diverse international team, and support delivery for about 4,000 personnel.

You must hold a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Community Planning, Architecture, or Engineering; experience may waive.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience on similar projects.
• U.S. citizen with U.S. SECRET clearance.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.
• CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements.
