Egis is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our Kuwait City team. You will lead architectural design across multiple projects, ensure design excellence, and serve as the primary design contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.

You will mentor designers, coordinate across Architecture, Landscape, MEP, and Interiors, supervise drawing reviews, enforce QA/QC, and guide projects through design phases to on-time delivery while maintaining budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with RIBA Parts 1, 2, and 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Registered architect status (ARB or equivalent in country of origin).
• RIBA or equivalent professional membership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage architectural design teams across multiple simultaneous projects, with clear tasks and measurable targets.
• Coordinate across Architecture, Landscape, 3D Visualization, MEP, and Interior Design to deliver cohesive outputs.
• Review drawings for accuracy and ensure coordination and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and building codes through all project stages.
