Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and MS Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Assist with budgeting process and monitor actual performance against budgeted targets.
• Provide support during external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting principles and procedures.
