Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Accountant, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP standards.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP or QuickBooks).
• Excellent English communication; Hindi or other Indian languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments.
• Conduct periodic financial reviews and reporting to senior management.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee tax compliance and timely filing of tax returns.
• Manage payroll processes for employees.
• Develop and implement internal controls to improve data accuracy.
