Job summary

Alghanim Industries is seeking a Section Head to lead the store’s section sales team in Kuwait. You will drive sales, manage staff, coach and mentor, and ensure merchandise and service standards meet company guidelines.

The role emphasizes achieving section targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective leadership. The position requires 2+ years of retail leadership experience in furniture/showroom environments, with a focus on coaching and performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in Retail Home furniture, accessories and sanitary showroom team/section lead roles.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve section targets.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills for staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads staff to achieve section targets.
• Drives sales activities to meet targets in cash, credit, warranties & accessories.
• Implements merchandising, planogram and displays per guidelines at section level.
• Plans work schedules, manages hours, leaves and vacations.
• Provides exceptional customer service and handles customer inquiries and complaints.
• Reports to Store Manager on operations, performance and resources.
