Jumeirah Messilah Beach Kuwait is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business and manage relationships with key accounts in the Kuwait market. The role requires proactive client engagement, site visits, and competitive analysis to maintain our luxury brand standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate with events, F&B, and hotel leadership to deliver premium experiences for clients, supported by an attractive tax-free salary and extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in B2B hospitality sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis.
• Conduct site inspections when needed.
• Conduct regular competitor’s surveys on events being held at competitor hotels and follow-up with introductory letter.
• Attend lunch entertainment for Key accounts when required.
• Chair a sales briefing once a week pertaining to the corporate business environment in the markets.
• Schedule calls to be made one week in advance and share this information in the daily sales briefings.
• Develop a weekly sales call plan to aid better time management and sales objectives.
• Organize business entertainment to know the client and give confidence in the Hotel Management team, introduce the General Manager when possible and the DOSM.

About You:

Complete assigned sales call on a daily basis

To develop a practice of weekly sales call plan in order to help better planning in terms of time management, sales objectives and who we want to see

Organize business entertainment to include luncheons, dinners, cocktails to know the client and give them confidence in the Hotel Management team, introduce the General Manager whenever possible and the DOSM
