PPOAR seeks a Sales Manager to lead our expanding Indian market based in Al-Kuwait. You will drive revenue, build client relationships, and manage a sales team to meet targets.

As a Sales Manager for our expanding Indian market in Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and market share by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and meet company objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Indian market
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages such as Arabic is a plus)
