Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
• Ability to travel within Egypt as needed.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
• Develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
