Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Sales Manager in Kuwait to drive sales growth and build new business opportunities. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of 1300 KD and opportunities for bonuses and professional development. The candidate should excel in communication and negotiation and be proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
1+ years of experience in sales management or related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM software (preferred).

Responsibilities

Analyze market trends and create strategies to boost sales growth.
Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them to increase sales.
Develop relationships with existing customers to maximize profitability.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on sales activities and results.
