Job summary

Amentum seeks a capable Aircraft Scheduling & Documentation professional to support deployments to CONUS/OCONUS locations. You will prepare and maintain complex maintenance schedules and ensure strict documentation across systems like CAMS, IMDS and CEMS.

Flexibility for deployments and security clearances is required. Essential duties include overseeing TCTO processes, maintaining records, and coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year Aircraft Plans & Scheduling experience.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Must gain/maintain CEMS access for Engine Management purposes.
• Must meet all OCONUS deployment criteria, incl. medical screening.
• Must deploy to Forward Locations as directed by Government.
• Must lift/carry >50 lbs of equipment.
• Must read, write, speak English fluently.
• Submit updated SF-86 within 30 days of hire.
• Active Secret clearance within last 12 months (US citizenship required).
• Maintain DoD security clearance as duties require.
• Must have current/active US Driver’s License and valid flight-line license.
• Must have US Passport with two years remaining and visa pages.
• Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated with booster.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance.
• Oversee TCTO process for completion and proper documentation with IMDS and/or CEMS.
• Maintain aircraft/equipment records in databases within IMDS/CEMS.
• Collect and file information for planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Ensure documentation for engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations and inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
