Amentum is seeking an AGE Mechanic Apprentice-level professional to support a USAF AGE shop, with deployments to CONUS/OCONUS locations. The role requires flexibility in work schedules and readiness for international deployments.

Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, parts replacement, and documentation of AGE and tow vehicles, while complying with safety and environmental standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of AGE maintenance experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant military and/or vocational training accepted.
• Minimum of one year AGE maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with diesel engines and HVAC maintenance at basic level.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics and TOs; basic interpretation of tech data.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AGE to ensure serviceability.
• Disassemble/assemble AGE components; replace parts per TOs and technical documents.
• Service AGE and tow vehicles with fuels, oils, coolants, and hydraulic fluids.
• Maintain vehicle records; provide dispatch support for AGE deployment to support aircraft maintenance and operations.
• Adhere to safety procedures and environmental regulations; complete all required courses and certifications.
• Deploy to forward locations as directed and meet DoD security requirements.
