Job summary

ADES - Advanced Energy Systems Kuwait seeks a Rig Hand to support lifting operations on site. You will perform general duties related to lifting, rigging, slinging, housekeeping, and maintenance of equipment to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

You will assist drilling and rig teams on the rig floor, follow safety standards, and help prepare for rig moves, mud activities, and equipment handling. Must have a high school or technical degree and basic English.

Qualifications

• High School or Technical Degree.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in oil and gas industries.
• Minimum age 20 years up to 27 years old.

Responsibilities

• Performs general duties to meet safety, operating expectations and rig appearance and housekeeping.
• Assists other rig departments such as the drilling crew on rig floor, welder, Maintenance Team, etc.
• Hook on loads for crane and forklift operators and act as banksman when required.
• Assist crane and forklift operators in off-loading and loading drilling materials and supplies.
• Carry out duties to prepare for rig moves as directed by the Driller.
• Assist in drilling mud activities and handling tubulars and drilling tools.
• Liaise with the Driller and Assistant Driller to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Ensure lifting material and equipment are maintained, stored, inspected, and ready for use.
