Job summary

Sisco Jobs is seeking a Mechanical Technician (Rotating Equipment) for a Kuwait-based role. The candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment, inspect pumps, compressors, turbines, and other mechanical systems, and diagnose faults for timely repairs.

Preferred candidates have 7+ years in mechanical maintenance of rotating equipment, with overseas or oil & gas exposure considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant mechanical maintenance experience in rotating equipment.
• Overseas or oil & gas experience is advantageous.
• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering required; BE/BTech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment.
• Inspect pumps, compressors, turbines, and related systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs promptly.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations during shutdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records and inspection reports.
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and HSE standards.
