Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager (China & Global Markets) to lead sourcing and procurement of machinery, equipment, and structural components. You will identify suppliers globally, negotiate terms, and ensure quality across international operations.

You will coordinate with engineering, logistics, finance, and quality teams to secure timely delivery, optimize costs, and mitigate supply risks in a fast-paced, travel‑intensive role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers across China and other global markets.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities from supplier identification and purchase orders through final delivery.
• Build and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, operations, finance, and quality teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Ensure sourced machinery, equipment, and structural components meet required quality and technical specifications.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through supplier negotiations, alternate vendors, and process improvements.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, technologies, and sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, quality, and commercial terms.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to international sourcing, logistics, quality, and supply disruptions.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, sourcing documentation, contracts, and performance reports.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sourcing activities, supplier performance, costs, and savings.
