Job summary

Elite Leading Contracting Co. Ltd. in Kuwait seeks a seasoned procurement and sourcing leader to drive profitable growth of the FMCG import-export business. You will develop international supplier networks, optimize margins, and lead a team to implement structured sourcing processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role partners with finance and operations to manage working capital and inventory turnover and requires 5–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in FMCG import export or trading business

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop international suppliers with focus on high margin and fast moving product categories.
• Drive product portfolio strategy to improve overall margins and reduce low yielding SKUs.
• Negotiate pricing terms and supply conditions to ensure competitive advantage.
• Build and implement structured sourcing and procurement processes.
• Guide and upgrade current team capabilities.
• Identify new market opportunities product gaps and emerging trends.
• Work closely with finance and operations to ensure healthy working capital and inventory turnover.
• Establish vendor performance tracking and cost optimization initiatives.

To drive profitable growth of the FMCG import export business through strategic sourcing margin optimization and strengthening of the existing team capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop international suppliers with focus on high margin and fast moving product categories
• Drive product portfolio strategy to improve overall margins and reduce low yielding SKUs
• Negotiate pricing terms and supply conditions to ensure competitive advantage
• Build and implement structured sourcing and procurement processes

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of logistics, import regulations, and documentation.
