Position Overview

We are seeking a QHSE Manager Residential with extensive oil and gas industry experience for our client in Kuwait. The QHSE Manager Residential will lead and manage all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental programs to ensure safe and compliant operations across drilling and support facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• QHSE Management: Develop, implement and maintain integrated QHSE management systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor QHSE performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Ensure emergency preparedness and response programs are maintained.
• Training & Awareness: Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Deliver QHSE training and competency development programs. Ensure personnel comply with safe work practices.
• Leadership: Lead QHSE teams and coordinate with operational departments. Interface with regulatory authorities, clients and contractors. Prepare QHSE reports and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of QHSE experience within drilling, oil & gas, or heavy industrial operations.
• At least 3 years in a QHSE leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and management systems.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
