Job summary

Americana Foods Kuwait is seeking a hands-on Production Lead to run our production lines day to day, lead the shift team, and ensure we hit output, quality and safety targets every shift. You will supervise operators, meet daily production plans, enforce HACCP/GMP standards and health and safety rules, collaborate with Maintenance, QA, Planning and Warehouse, and drive continuous improvement and 5S on the line.

Proficiency in English is required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Food Technology or a related field.
• 4–6 years of production experience in food manufacturing or FMCG, with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP and safety standards.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S or continuous improvement tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Good English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Kuwait with transferable residency preferred.

Responsibilities
