Key responsibilities

• Experienced in managing the business of IT Category of products like Laptops, Accessories, Printers and Tablets
• Driving the Revenues and Profitability for these lines of products
• Managing Ageing inventory across stores
• Working with suppliers and brands for promotions and campaigns
• Support digital transformation initiatives that improve retail efficiency and customer experience.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in product management, business analysis
• Experience working with retail systems, retail operations, or customer-facing technology.
• Strong ability to write requirements and work with technical teams.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and at least 4‑5 years experience in handling the retail for IT products
• Driving licence and knowledge of Kuwait or Dubai retail market
