Job summary

Confidential Company seeks an experienced procurement professional in Kuwait to manage JO procurement and tenders for government ministries. The role requires strong expertise in tender documentation, prequalification responses, and vendor sourcing across local and public-sector projects.

Candidates with 5+ years in Kuwait Oil & Gas procurement are preferred. Knowledge of cost estimation, quotations, and supplier negotiations is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in KOC Joint Operations JO procurement and tendering.
• Experience handling Government Ministry tenders including Health Medical Education and other public-sector entities.
• Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bid preparation.
• Ability to prepare and respond to KOC questionnaires prequalification documents.
• Experience in cost estimation and commercial bid preparation.
• Strong experience in vendor scouting and supplier sourcing.
• Experience handling local purchases and procurement.
• Ability to obtain quotations prepare comparison statements and negotiate with vendors.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait procurement and tendering procedures.
• Strong documentation coordination and follow-up skills.
• Experience: Preferably 5+ years in Procurement / Tendering, with relevant Kuwait Oil & Gas experience.
