Americana Foods in Kuwait seeks an experienced Indirect Procurement Lead to own procurement across logistics, marketing, IT, HR services, MRO, utilities, and facility management.

You will lead sourcing, manage supplier relationships, drive cost optimization, and ensure compliance with governance and budgeting processes. The role partners with internal stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions and monitor savings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead sourcing & procurement across all indirect categories
• Own supplier relationships — onboarding, performance, and contracts
• Drive commercial negotiations for best value on cost, service & quality
• Execute RFQs, tenders, and contract finalization end-to-end
• Identify and implement cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance & approval processes
• Monitor KPIs, savings, and procurement performance reporting
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate needs into procurement solutions
• Support budgeting and cross-functional cost control initiatives

We're looking for an experienced Indirect Procurement Lead to join our team in Kuwait and take full ownership of procurement across logistics, marketing, IT, HR services, MRO, utilities, and facility management. You'll be a key partner to internal stakeholders and a driver of cost efficiency and supplier performance.
