Job summary

Archirodon is seeking a capable Planner to join our Kuwait project team, bringing a strong engineering background and EPC experience to deliver baseline and revised schedules. You will coordinate with the Sr.

Planner to ensure timely updates and accurate progress tracking across multiple disciplines. You will prepare progress curves and KPIs, highlight deviations, and support weekly and monthly reports and budget records.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in EPC projects with ADNOC or equivalent.
• Involvement in Engineering & Procurement is essential.
• Experience with construction phase engineering and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Participates in preparing the Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in coordination with the Sr. Planner.
• Prepares regular schedule updates and progress update monitoring sheets.
• Prepares & Updates Progress Performance Curves and KPIs with the Sr. Planner.
• Highlights deviations in the plan and implements corrective actions.
• Liaises with the Sr. Planner for weekly/monthly reports and budgets.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Planner to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in one of our projects in Kuwait.

What you will need to do:

• Participates in the preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in co-ordination with the Sr. Planner.
• Prepares the regular schedule updates, progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates.
• Prepares & Updates periodically the “Progress Performance Curves” & “Key Performance Indicators” in coordination with the Sr. Planner to monitor the project performance.
• Highlights to the project management about any deviation in the plan -“out of sequence”- and be able to implement the required corrective actions.
• Liaises and assists the Sr. Planner in preparing weekly, monthly reports, budget preparation and maintains proper project planning records.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

What you will need to have:

• University degree in Engineering.
• 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or equivalent) is highly preferable. Involvement in Engineering & Procurement is essential.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
• Capability to perform under stressful situations.
• Engineering, Procurement experience & Strong experience in Construction Phase
