Job summary

Charm Connect in Bayan Kuwait seeks an experienced Pastry Chef to join our high-end bakery team and craft visually stunning pastries, cakes, cookies and tarts.

You will work with the Head Chef to develop recipes and seasonal menus, manage inventory and ordering, and ensure food safety in a busy, seven-days-a-week operation.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of pastry-chef experience in a premium setting, a Culinary Arts degree or equivalent, strong English, and creativity under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of pastry chef experience in a high-end bakery or restaurant.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification preferred.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Job description

We are a high-end bakery located in the bustling city of Bayan Kuwait. We are currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team and help us create delicious visually appealing pastries that will leave our customers coming back for more.

As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of pastries including cakes, cookies, tarts and other sweet treats. You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop new recipes and seasonal menus that showcase your creativity and expertise. You will also be responsible for managing inventory ordering supplies and ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a passion for baking and a strong understanding of different pastry techniques. You should have at least 3 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef in a high-end bakery or restaurant setting. A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification is preferred.

In addition to your technical skills we are looking for someone who is creative detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure. Our bakery gets busy during peak hours and we need someone who can handle the fast-paced environment while still maintaining high quality standards.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. We offer benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. Our bakery operates 7 days a week so you must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
