Responsibilities

• Prepare various types of pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes
• Decorate pastries using different techniques such as piping, glazing, and sculpting
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and place orders when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff members
• Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of Indian pastry techniques and flavors is preferred
• Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary
